Ikmal Fahmi is a person with mental disability.  He founded IF Reporter, a news agency that covers the issues across Southeast Asia and the world. In August 2024, He joined the Maybank eMpowering Youths volunteer program to work on the Natural Dye Laboratory and Planting (NDLP) project in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
