A video about the current condition of Kota Bharu Bus Terminal went viral on TikTok. The 1 minutes and 13 seconds video was uploaded by Luqman Long, MUDA's Head of Information. In that video, Luqman Long and a few people including YB Amira Aisya, the newly elected people's representative of DUN Puteriwangsa showed the poor condition of that bus terminal. The video received 18600 likes, 1965 comments and 1302 reshares.

Luqman Long critized Kelantan government for the late action on the bus terminal infrastructure development. Through this video, he showed the buses were not even protected by the roof during raining period. He also claimed that people were not offered with proper parking spaces near the bus terminal.
At the end of the video, Luqman Long urged PAS, the political party who are controlling over Kelantan goverment to improve the development of Kota Bharu Bus Terminal.
